Claims

---

1. A bottle for beverages, where the body of the said bottle from one end becomes a bottleneck equipped with a closure, and the other becomes a base ended with a bottom, where the said body in the cross-section takes the form of a circle, rectangular, polygon or ellipse, characterized in that from the bottom end of the body (1) of the said bottle, in its base (4), there is a deep recess (5) creating in the base (4) of the body (1) a double coating (6) surrounding the recess (5), where the said recess (5) at its inlet is equipped with a catch (7) and inside the recess (5) there is placed at least one dispensable cup (K) caught by its molded rim (8) inside the said recess (5) just behind the catch (6).

2. The bottle in accordance with the claim 1, characterized in that from the bottom end of the double coating (6) of the base (4) of the body (1) there are formed two opposite to each other thumb notches (10) having a width enabling the taking a cup (7) off from the recess (5).

A bottle for beverages, where the body of the said bottle from one end becomes a bottleneck equipped with a closure, and the other becomes a base ended with a bottom, where the said body in the cross-section takes the form of a circle, rectangular, polygon or ellipse, characterized in that the base (14) is shaped in the manner that it forms a double coating (15) and a bottle's chamber (17) having a shape of a cup (K), where between the inner wall (18) of the double coating (15) and the lateral surface of the bottle's chamber (17) there is formed a recess (16).

4. The bottle in accordance with the claim 3, characterized in that inside the recess (16), at its bottom, in the inner wall (18) of the double coating (15) there is formed a catch (19) embracing the molded rim of the cup (K) placed inside the recess (16).

5. The bottle in accordance with the claim 3, characterized in that from the bottom end of the double coating (15) of the base (4) of the base (1) the are formed opposite to each other thumb notches (20) having a width enabling the taking a cup (K) off from the recess (16).

Description

[0001] The subject of the invention is a bottle for beverages as mineral waters, juices, lemonades, cocktails, aperitifs.

[0002] Know and used bottles for beverages, usually take the form of bottles having bodies in the shape of solids of revolutions or rectangular parallelepipeds with rectangle, polygon or ellipse cross-sections, where one of their ends become bottlenecks ended with closure, usually in the form of a top, and the other end has a flat or slightly concave bottom with feet on its circumference.

[0003] From the Polish utility model application W-109048 there is known a bottle, where its bottom has a conical hollow and the side surface of this hollow has a plurality of ledges, whereas the arrangement of the ledges and the furrows between the ledges takes the outer form of typical, normalized tops for closing bottles. Such shape of the bottles' bottom facilitates the opening of other bottles and serving as a handy and convenient bottle-openers.

[0004] From the Polish utility model application W-107667 there is known a multi-purpose set for alcohol beverages and snacks consisting of a bottle, under which there is placed a jar with its own closure containing a snack, where a diameter of the jar is equal to the diameter of the bottle, and where both elements--the bottle and the jar, are connected by a disposable foil paper.

[0005] From the patent application P-328380 there is known a bottle made of plastic, where its bottom in the central part has a conical furrow ended with mushroom-shaped notch.

[0006] Bottles for beverages, in particular for water, constructed in the manner enabling easy, handy and functional connection of a bottle with cups accessible together with the bottle, where the relevant hygienic requirements are met, are not known.

[0007] A bottle for beverages, having cross-section has a shape of a circle, rectangular, polygon or ellipse and which body in one of the ends becomes a bottleneck ended with a closure, and the in other becomes its base ended with a bottom, is characterized in that from the bottom end there is a deep recess formed in the base of its body, creating in the base of the bottle's base a double coating surrounding the said recess. The recess at its inlet is equipped with a catch, whereas inside the said recess there is placed at least one disposable cup hooked by its molded rim in the recess just behind the catch. From the bottom end, in the double coating there are formed two opposite to each other thumb notches having a width enabling the taking the cups off from the recess.

[0008] The type of the bottle, which body in one of the ends becomes a bottleneck ended with a closure, and the in other becomes its base ended with a bottom, where its cross-section takes a shape of a circle, rectangular, polygon or ellipse is characterized in that the bottle's base is formed in such a manner that it creates a double coating and the bottle's chamber having a shape of a cup, where between the inner wall of the said double coating and the lateral surface of the said bottle's chamber there is a recess. Inside the said recess, at its bottom, in the inner wall of the double coating there is formed a catch embracing the molded rim of at least one cup placed inside the recess. In the double coating of the base of the body, from the bottom end, there are formed opposite to each other thumb notches having a width enabling the taking the cups off from the recess.

[0009] The invention enables convenient consumption of beverages complying with the hygienic requirements by using the cups placed in the bottle. The bottles of the invention are especially useful for travelling people, during excursions or mass entertainment. The invention is significantly important for enhancing the hygienic conditions of beverages' consumption.

[0014] A bottle for beverages according to the invention (FIG. 1) has a body 1 at one end becoming a bottleneck 2 equipped with a closure in the form of a top 3 and at the other end a base 4. In the base 4 of the body 1 of the bottle, from its bottom, there is shaped a deep recess 5 coaxial to the vertical symmetry axis of the bottle, forming in the base 4 of the body 1 a double coating 6. Th recess 5 at its inlet is equipped with a catch 7 formed at the bottom of the double coating 6 ended with feet N. Inside the recess 5 there are three disposable cups K, placed in such a manner that the molded rim 8 of the outer cup K is inside the said recess 5 just behind the catch 7. It is as well possible to place inside the recess 5 more disposable cups K put in one another, depending on the bottle's volume. Each of the cups K is inside the foil paper enabling the hygienic application. It is also possible to apply a seal 9 pressed into the outer cup K, which molded rim 8 rests against the catch 7. Between the feet N, from the bottom end, in the double coating 6 of the base 4 of the bottle there are two opposite to each other thumb notches 10 having a width enabling the taking a cup K off from the recess 5.

[0015] In the type of the bottle for beverages reproduced in the FIG. 2, the body 11 of the bottle at one end becomes a bottleneck 12 equipped with a closure in the form of a top 13, and at the other a base 14. The base 14 of the body 11 is shaped in such a manner that it forms a double coating 15 and a bottle's chamber 17 in the shape of a cup K, separated from the said double coating 15 by a recess 16. The recess 16 at its bottom is equipped with a catch 19 situated on the inner wall 18 of the double coating 15. Inside the recess 16 and the bottle's chamber 17 there are placed two cups K put one into another and hooked in the recess 16 by pressing of the molded rim 20 of each of these cups K against the catch 19 in such a manner that eventually the molded rim 20 of each of these cups K is situated behind the catch 19. The double coating 15 of the base 14 of the bottle's body 11 is ended with feet N shaped therein. The said double coating 15 may be ended by its bottom with a flat or convex ring creating the rest of the bottle. In the double coating 15 of the bottle's base 14 at the bottom there are formed two opposite to each other thumb notches 21 having a width enabling the taking a cup K off from the recess 16.
