LIFTING TREE

Abstract

A lifting tree for a Christmas tree includes a trunk consisting of a base cylinder with an upper opening and a lifting cylinder set. The lifting cylinder set includes a plurality of hollow lifting cylinders coupling vertically in sequence and two adjacent lifting cylinders that can move relatively. A limiting structure is arranged between two adjacent lifting cylinders to prevent separation. The lifting cylinder at bottom is coupled with the base cylinder in which a linear module is provided, which includes a mobile unit connected to the lifting cylinder at the top of lifting cylinder set in a fixed position. At the top of each lifting cylinder, there is a connecting piece for connecting branches.

Claims



1. A lifting tree, comprising: a trunk consisting of a base cylinder with an upper opening and a lifting cylinder set, wherein the lifting cylinder set comprises a plurality of hollow lifting cylinders which couple vertically in sequence and two adjacent lifting cylinders configured to move relatively; and a limiting structure arranged between two adjacent lifting cylinders to prevent separation; wherein the lifting cylinder at the bottom is coupled with the base cylinder and a linear module is provided inside the base cylinder; the linear module comprises a mobile unit which is connected with the lifting cylinder at the top of the lifting cylinder set fixedly, and the upper end of each lifting cylinder is connected to a connecting piece for connecting branches.

2. The lifting tree according to claim 1, wherein the limiting structure comprises a limit bump arranged at the lower end of the lifting cylinder, and the inner cylinder upper end of the lifting cylinder is provided with a convex ring protruding inwardly.

The lifting tree according to claim 1, wherein the linear module comprises a screw and a hollow sleeve opening at the lower end, and the hollow sleeve includes internal threads to connect with the screw thread, and the upper end of the hollow sleeve is connected with the lifting cylinder located at the top; and the base cylinder is provided with a motor which connects with the screw in a drive way.

4. The lifting tree according to claim 3, wherein a transmission is provided inside the base cylinder and a motor shaft is connected with the screw by the transmission.

The lifting tree according to claim 1, wherein the connecting piece comprises a fixing portion connected to the lifting cylinder and a connection portion for connection with a plurality of branches, and the connection portion is arranged on the outer surface of the fixing portion in an annular way.

6. The lifting tree according to claim 5, wherein the fixing portion is a collar, the connection portion is a connection piece, and the middle of the connection piece is provided with a mounting hole for fixing the branches.

7. The lifting tree according to claim 1, wherein the side of the base cylinder is connected to a plurality of supporting legs.

8. The lifting tree according to claim 7, wherein the supporting leg comprises a curved supporting bar and a stiffener, and a first end of the stiffener is fixed to the base cylinder, and a second end is fixed to the supporting bar.

9. The lifting tree according to claim 3, wherein the motor is a servo motor, and the base cylinder is equipped with a servo drive connected to a wireless receiver electrically.
Description



FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] This invention belongs to the technical field of decoration tree, and in particular, it relates to a lifting tree used for Christmas trees.

BACKGROUND

[0002] In Europe and America, a Christmas tree as a Christmas decoration, is widely used. Recently, people become environmentally conscious of replacing a previously used plant tree with an industrial Christmas tree, to make it more environmentally friendly. However, a Christmas tree is not easy to move, and in order to facilitate the movement, separate structures are adopted for the Christmas tree, to divide the trunk into multiple segments, which can resolve the problem of large volume, but when under assembly, it will take a long time because of too many parts and components.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The object of the invention is to solve the problem of prior art and provide a lifting tree, which can use space flexibly and its volume can be varied, to facilitate transportation and easy to use.

[0004] The technical solutions adopted in this invention are as follows:

[0005] A lifting tree comprises a trunk consisting of a base cylinder with an upper opening and a lifting cylinder set, wherein the lifting cylinder set comprises a plurality of hollow lifting cylinders which couple vertically in sequence and two adjacent lifting cylinders that can move relatively. A limiting structure is arranged between two adjacent lifting cylinders to prevent separation; and the lifting cylinder at the bottom is coupled with the base cylinder and a linear module is provided inside the base cylinder. The linear module comprises a mobile unit which is connected with the lifting cylinder at the top of lifting cylinder set fixedly, and at the upper end of each lifting cylinder is connected to a connecting piece for connecting branches.

[0006] Further, the limiting structure includes a limit bump arranged at the lower end of the lifting cylinder, and the inner cylinder upper end of the lifting cylinder is provided with a convex ring protruding inwardly.

[0007] As an equivalent, the inner cylinder of the lifting cylinder is arranged in stairs, including two cylindrical spaces, and the one space below have a large outer diameter; and the lower end of the lifting cylinder is arranged in a hollow cone shape. When matching between two adjacent lifting cylinders, the lower end of the lifting cylinder located above is matched with the lower cylindrical space of the lifting cylinder located below.

[0008] Further, the linear module comprises a screw and a hollow sleeve opening at the lower end, and the hollow sleeve includes internal threads to connect with the screw thread, and the upper end of the hollow sleeve is connected with the lifting cylinder located at the top; and the base cylinder is provided with a motor which connects with the screw in a drive way.

[0009] Further, a transmission is provided inside the base cylinder and the motor shaft is connected with the screw by the transmission.

[0010] Preferably, the transmission comprises a driving gear and a driven gear. The motor shaft is connected with the driving gear, and the driven gear is connected with the screw.

[0011] Further, the linear module includes the cylinder, and the push rod of the cylinder is connected with the lifting cylinder at the top of the lifting cylinder set.

[0012] Further, the connecting piece comprises a fixing portion connected to the lifting cylinder and a connection portion for connection with a plurality of branches, and the connection portion is arranged on the outer surface of the fixing portion in an annular way.

[0013] Still further, the fixing portion is a collar, the connection portion is the connection piece, and the middle of the connection piece is provided with a mounting hole for fixing the branches.

[0014] As the equivalent, the fixing portion includes a clamp which is fixedly connected with the lifting cylinder; moreover, the connection portion can be a connecting tube arranged obliquely, and one end of the connecting tube is fixed to the clamp.

[0015] Further, the side of the base cylinder is connected to a plurality of supporting legs.

[0016] Still further, the supporting leg comprises a curved supporting bar and a stiffener, and one side of the stiffener is fixed to the base cylinder, and the other end is fixed to the supporting bar.

[0017] Further, the motor is a servo motor, and the base cylinder is equipped with a servo drive, which is connected to a wireless receiver electrically.

[0018] This invention can achieve the beneficial effect. By using the lifting cylinder set to form telescopic trunk, the volume of the entire tree can be changed, easy to transport and use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

EXAMPLE 1

[0026] Referring to FIGS. 1-3, a lifting tree comprises a trunk consisting of a base cylinder 1 with an upper opening and a lifting cylinder set, where the lifting cylinder set comprises a plurality of hollow lifting cylinders 2 which couple vertically in sequence and two adjacent lifting cylinders 2 that can move relatively. A limiting structure is arranged between two adjacent lifting cylinders 2 to prevent separation; and the lifting cylinder 2 at the bottom is coupled with the base cylinder 1 and a linear module is provided inside the base cylinder 1. The linear module comprises a mobile unit which is connected with the lifting cylinder 2 at the top of lifting cylinder set fixedly, and at the upper end of each lifting cylinder 2 is connected to a connecting piece for connecting branches 5.

[0027] The lifting tree in the technical solution adopts a coupling way to form a lifting structure. The lifting cylinder 2 is coupled vertically to form a telescopic antenna structure. During transport, the trunk part can be shrunk to reduce the height of the trunk and reduce its volume. When in use, the trunk is lifted by the linear module, the branch 5 is fixed to the connecting piece, thus forming a complete Christmas tree and making the Christmas tree easy to transport and use. In order to prevent the separation of two adjacent lifting cylinders 2 during use, a limiting structure is arranged between two lifting cylinders 2. The lifting cylinder 2 located the bottom can be tightly fit with the base cylinder 1, or can be slid relative to the base cylinder 1.

In order to prevent the rotating of hollow sleeve 13 along the screw 12, a limit bump is arranged at the side of the hollow sleeve 13 or the hollow sleeve 13 is fixedly connected to the lifting cylinder 2 located at the top. When descending, the screw 12 drives the hollow sleeve 13 to descend, and the lifting cylinder 2 can move downwardly under gravity until the lifting cylinder 2 at the top is abutted against the hollow sleeve 13. When the hollow sleeve 13 is fixedly connected with the lifting cylinder 2 at the top, the lifting cylinder 2 can move downwardly driven by the hollow sleeve 13.

[0034] Further, a transmission 11 is provided inside the base cylinder 1 and the motor shaft 10 of the motor 9 is connected with the screw 12 by the transmission 11.

[0035] Since the motor 9 has a fast speed, when the screw 12 is driven by the motor 9 directly to rotate, the hollow sleeve 13 lifts quickly, difficult to control. In order to control the lifting speed, a transmission 11 is provided inside the base cylinder 1, to reduce the drive speed of motor 9. In addition, a transmission 11 is provided to facilitate the setting of the location of motor 9. The orientation of the shaft 10 of motor 9 can be arbitrarily set for easy installation.

The above-mentioned fixing portion 23 and connection portion 4 can be interchanged and used in combination.

[0046] Further, the motor 9 is a servo motor 10, and the base cylinder 1 is equipped with a servo drive, which is connected to a wireless receiver 8 electrically.

[0047] The control on the lifting of the lifting tree can be achieved by a wireless controller; the wireless controller sends control signals to the wireless receiver 8 which then sends the control signals to the servo drive, to control the rotation state of the servo motor 9. The wireless receiver 8 can be an infrared receiver, Bluetooth receiver, etc.
