WATER TISSUE

Abstract

There is provided a cap-type water tissue capable of pulling out and cutting as long water tissue as a necessary length. The cap-type water tissue includes a water tissue accommodating section that has multiple cut-off lines, and stores a water tissue, and a water tissue opening and closing section that is attached to the top of the water tissue accommodating section, and cuts as long water tissue pulled out of the water tissue accommodating section as a necessary length along the cut-off line of the water tissue. The water tissue opening and closing section may include an installation plate that is attached to the top of the water tissue accommodating section, and is provided with a through hole formed in the central portion thereof, an auxiliary cap that covers the through hole of the installation plate, and is provided with a cutting portion formed in the central portion thereof so as to cut the water tissue, and a main cap that is connected to one side of the installation plate so as to be rotated, and opens and closes the top of the installation plate.

Claims



1. A cap-type water tissue comprising: a water tissue accommodating section that has multiple cut-off lines, and stores a water tissue which is integrally connected; and a water tissue opening and closing section that is attached to the top of the water tissue accommodating section, and cuts as long water tissue pulled out of the water tissue accommodating section as a necessary length along the cut-off line of the water tissue, wherein the water tissue opening and closing section includes an installation plate that is attached to the top of the water tissue accommodating section, and is provided with a through hole formed in the central portion thereof, an auxiliary cap that covers the through hole of the installation plate, and is provided with a cutting portion formed in the central portion thereof so as to cut the water tissue, and a main cap that is connected to one side of the installation plate so as to be rotated, and opens and closes the top of the installation plate.

The cap-type water tissue according to claim 1, wherein the installation plate includes a first partition wall that protrudes toward a surface facing the main cap, and the main cap includes a second partition wall and a third partition wall which protrude toward a surface facing the installation plate.

3. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 2, wherein the first partition wall is positioned between the through hole and the periphery of the installation plate, and is formed along the periphery of the through hole.

4. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 2, wherein the second partition wall is formed along the periphery of the main cap, and the third partition wall is disposed so as to be separated from the second partition wall toward the inside of the main cap by a predetermined distance.

5. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 2, wherein a partial region of the first partition wall is opened, and the entire region of the second and third partition walls is closed.

6. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 2, wherein the first partition wall is positioned between the second partition wall and the third partition wall when the main cap closes the top of the installation plate.

7. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 2, wherein a first groove is formed in a partial region of the second partition wall, and a second groove is formed in a region of the third partition wall corresponding to the first groove of the second partition wall.

8. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 7, wherein a hook protrusion that is fastened to the auxiliary cap is formed at the second groove of the third partition wall.

9. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 7, wherein a handle for rotating the main cap is formed at the first groove of the second partition wall so as to open and close the top of the installation plate.

10. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 2, wherein at least one fastening protrusion that is fastened to the auxiliary cap is formed at the installation plate so as to be positioned between the through hole and the first partition wall.

11. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 2, wherein a protrusion bar that protrudes toward the main cap is formed at the installation plate so as to be positioned in the opened region of the first partition wall.

12. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 11, wherein a hook engagement portion that is fastened to the main cap is formed at the protrusion bar.

13. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary cap is integrally formed by being fixed to the through hole of the installation plate.

14. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary cap is connected to one side of the installation plate so as to be rotated, and is formed as a separable type that opens and closes the through hole of the installation plate.

The cap-type water tissue according to claim 14, wherein the auxiliary cap includes a cover portion that covers the through hole of the installation plate, a connection portion that extends from one side of the cover portion, and is connected to one side of the installation plate, and a fastening portion that extends from the other side of the cover portion, and is fastened to the installation plate.

16. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 15, wherein the cutting portion includes a pull-out opening through which the water tissue is pulled out, and cutting lines that are formed near the pull-out opening, and cut the water tissue along the cut-off line of the water tissue.

17. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 16, wherein the cutting lines are formed so as to be bilaterally symmetric with respect to the pull-out opening, and a plurality of fine holes is formed along the cutting lines.

18. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 15, wherein a via hole through which the protrusion bar of the installation plate penetrates is formed in the connection portion.

19. The cap-type water tissue according to claim 15, wherein at least one fastening hole that is fastened to the installation plate is formed in the fastening portion, and a handle for rotating the auxiliary cap is formed so as to open and close the through hole of the installation plate.

FIELD AND BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a water tissue, and more particularly, to a cap-type or a lid-type water tissue capable of pulling and cutting as long water tissue as a necessary length.

[0003] Description of the Related Art

[0004] In general, a water tissue is manufactured by adding water to a tissue obtained by thinly weaving synthetic fiber, viscose fiber, cotton fiber, cellulose fiber, and natural vegetable fiber and sterilizing the tissue. Initially, the water tissue has been frequently used to wipe the hand and face of a user and the skin of an infant. However, in recent years, the water tissue trends to be developed as a functional water tissue for performing a specific purpose such as cosmetic removal or nail manicure removal.

[0005] Accordingly, various patents of a water tissue with an improved case, cover, lid or opening and closing section have been continuously filed. As one example, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0016886 describes a tissue pack. According to this tissue pack, it is possible to easily pull out a tissue as in an opening and closing cover which is formed through injection-molding while manufacturing cost is reduced by forming the entire structure of an opening and closing section of a pull-out hole in a film type. Further, it is possible to achieve high sealing performance while a region near the pull-out hole is not smeared with an adhesive, and it is possible to solve the inconvenience that apart of tissue sticking out of the pull-out hole is pushed into the pull-out hole again after the tissue is pulled out. Furthermore, it is possible to minimize the tearing of the pull-out hole.

[0006] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0093380 describes a hand-held water tissue case capable of conveniently using a water tissue without concerning various germs including a mold and the side effect of preservatives or germicides.

[0007] Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1210942 describes a water-tissue-case cover provided with an air discharge device. This cover includes accommodation case provided below the cover, and an air opening and closing unit inserted into or extracted from a discharge hole formed in the accommodation case by being rotated through hinge-coupling with respect to the accommodation case. With such a simple structure, since air within the case can be discharged to the outside, it is possible to solve the problem that a water tissue stored in the case is degenerated or germs proliferate on the water tissue even though the water tissue is used for a long time. As a result, it is possible to store and use the water tissue for a long time.

[0008] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2014-0085080 describes a water tissue case including a liquid substance pack. This case separately stores liquid substances such as water, a cleansing liquid, a washing liquid, a skin tonic liquid, and medical ingredients and a tissue, and is carried. Before the tissue is used, the liquid substances are supplied to the tissue, and the liquid substance can be stored for a long time without the degeneration of the liquid substance even though preservatives are not added to the liquid substances.

[0009] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2015-0070644 describes a water tissue case capable of conveniently using a water tissue by preventing the next water tissue from coming out with the water tissue when the water tissue is pulled out of case.

[0010] However, most of the water tissues of the related art described above is manufactured in such a manner that a roll of water tissue fabric having a width 20 to 30 cm is cut in a standard of 15 to 20 cm, the cut sheets of the water tissue are folded in a folding manner, and then the water tissue sheets are stored by layering the water tissue sheets layered on top of one another so as to be connected to each other or by sequentially layering the water tissue sheets. In this case, in a case where the user uses the water tissue by pulling out the water tissue, it is necessary to pull out the previously cut sheet of the water tissue irrespective of the size of the water tissue. That is, when the user uses the water tissue of the related art, it is necessary to pull out as necessary number of water tissue sheets obtained by cutting the water tissue fabric having a width of 15 to 20 cm in a size of 15 to 20 cm irrespective of the purpose of use.

[0011] However, in a real life, a small number of water tissue sheets may be required in many cases. In the related art, it is necessary to use the water tissue by pulling out the previously set sheets of the water tissue, and it is necessary to use the water tissue by repeatedly pulling out the previously set sheets of the water tissue several times when a large number of water tissue sheets are required.

[0012] In order to solve the aforementioned problems, a roll of water tissue product has been launched. However, since the roll of water tissue needs to necessarily a standardized synthetic resin or wooden case having a predetermined size, the roll of water tissue has been frequently used in fixed places such as homes, offices or business establishments, and tends to belong to a product line that has gradually vanished.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0018] A technical object of the present invention is to provide a water tissue capable of using a water tissue that is integrally stored without being cut into tissue sheets by pulling and cutting as long water tissue as a necessary length by a user.

[0019] A technical object of the present invention is also to provide a water tissue capable of being conveniently assembled and manipulated by connecting a main cap to one side of an installation plate so as to be rotated and connecting an auxiliary cap to the other side of the installation plate.

[0020] A technical object of the present invention is also to provide a water tissue capable of excellently sealing a water tissue by fastening the installation plate to the main cap through the insertion of the first partition wall of the installation plate between the second and third partition walls of the main cap.

[0021] The technical objects of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned objects, and other objects that are not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art based on the following description.

[0022] In order to achieve the technical objects, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cap-type water tissue including: a water tissue accommodating section that has multiple cut-off lines, and stores a water tissue which is integrally connected; and a water tissue opening and closing section that is attached to the top of the water tissue accommodating section, and cuts as long water tissue pulled out of the water tissue accommodating section as a necessary length along the cut-off line of the water tissue. The water tissue opening and closing section includes an installation plate that is attached to the top of the water tissue accommodating section, and is provided with a through hole formed in the central portion thereof, an auxiliary cap that covers the through hole of the installation plate, and is provided with a cutting portion formed in the central portion thereof so as to cut the water tissue, and a main cap that is connected to one side of the installation plate so as to be rotated, and opens and closes the top of the installation plate.

[0023] Here, the auxiliary cap may be integrally formed by being fixed to the through hole of the installation plate. In some cases, the auxiliary cap may be connected to one side of the installation plate so as to be rotated, and may be formed as a separable type that opens and closes the through hole of the installation plate.

[0024] The auxiliary cap may includes a cover portion that covers the through hole of the installation plate, a connection portion that extends from one side of the cover portion and is connected to one side of the installation plate, and a fastening portion that extends from the other side of the cover portion and is fastened to the installation plate.

[0025] According to the present invention, there is provided a lid-type water tissue including: a water tissue accommodating section that has multiple cut-off lines, and stores a water tissue which is integrally connected; and a water tissue opening and closing section that is attached to the top of the water tissue accommodating section, and cuts as long water tissue pulled out of the water tissue accommodating section as a necessary length along the cut-off line of the water tissue. The water tissue opening and closing section includes a thin-film shaped cover that is provided with a cutting portion formed in the central portion thereof so as to cut the water tissue, and a sticker that selectively opens and closes an upper end of the cover.

[0026] According to the water tissue of the present invention, since it is possible to use the water tissue by pulling out and cutting as long water tissue that is integrally stored without being cut into tissue sheets as a necessary length, the user can conveniently use the water tissue by adjusting the length of the pulled water tissue so as to be appropriate for the purpose of use, and can use the water tissue for a long time by saving the water tissue.

[0027] According to the present invention, the main cap is connected to one side of the installation plate so as to be rotated and the auxiliary cap is connected to the installation plate so as to be rotated, so that the water tissue is conveniently assembled and manipulated.

[0028] According to the present invention, the installation plate and the main cap are fastened by inserting the first partition wall of the installation plate between the second and third partition walls of the main cap, and thus, the moisture of the water tissue is excellently sealed. Accordingly, the moisture of the water tissue is maintained for a long time, so that it is possible to use the water tissue for a long time.

DESCRIPTION OF SPECIFIC EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION
